This little 28-page program guide was my first published book. It was written at the request of the harpist Marcella DeCray, who at the time was also the administrator of the SFCMP. The concert series was quite popular and many hundreds of copies of the booklet were distributed. I find it readable, and I hope you like it. Here are the title page, the statement of purpose I was asked to write for the concerts, and the programs. The download contains these pages as well as the rest of the booklet, which contains artworks, portraits, texts of vocal works included in the programs, and my program notes. The programs were created by Jean-Louis LeRoux, the founding conductor of the SFCMP, whose Associate I became the next year.
